About the Author by the Summer of Broken Rules
K.L. Walther was born and raised in the rolling hills of Bucks Country, Pennsylvania, bounded by family, books, and dogs.
Her youth was consumed roving the northeastern seaboard to play ice hockey. She joined a boarding school in New Jersey and died on to make a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia.
She is gladdest on the coast with a book, calming for the New York Rangers, or liking a rom-com though digging into a big bowl of popcorn and M&Ms.
About the Book The Summer of Broken Rules
Meredith Fox has been successful at Martha’s Vineyard for the season as long as she can recollect. But this summer is the first one back after the death of Meredith’s sister.
It will all be irresistible, but even later, the entire lengthy family will be composed for her cousin’s wedding.
Inappropriately, Meredith’s long-time boyfriend suddenly dumped her two weeks before the wedding, leaving her dateless. Happily, she has the perfect interruption.
Her family has a custom of playing the final game of Assassin every summer, and this year, it will be played during the week of wedding festivities.
But her target is just a beautiful groomsman. She’s strong-minded and does not let herself become unfocused, nor does she let herself be lost in another fated relationship.
But as the week develops, she can’t benefit from falling for him, which may price her the game and her heart.
